    i want to shed about 6/7 pounds in fat but at the same time put on more muscle weight. I am taking my protein and creatine. I am avoiding carbs like the this the right thing to do? and, at what point does the body start breaking off muscle protein to feed the body ?

    i have about an inch of pinch on my love there enough stored energy there to perform my weight training and still grow ?

    any help will be appriciated
